What type(s) of wave(s) transports visible light?

OpenStudy (abb0t):

@pooja195 can help

OpenStudy (rajat97):

Electromagnetic waves transport light

@pooja195 would be saving my lifewhere u at girl? lol

Expanding on what @rajat97 said, light is a form of electromagnetic radiation. *Visible* light is, for humans anyways, characterized by a specific range of wavelengths roughly working out to be 390 nanometers (violet) - 700 nanometers (red). Since the speed of light is constant, this works out to have frequencies of 430 (red) –790 (violet) Terahertz

thanks for the medal @IrishBoy123
