the war was fought over territory and trading rights. I.E. the plymouth colony had a deed claiming that they purchased land from the Pequot indians. I guess it D makes sense. C i'm not too sure but the enemies of the Pequot tribe allied with the colonist against the Pequots not the other way around. B i think this was true because the pequots were also accused of killing captain john stone/john oldham which caused the puritans to distract the pequots. A.i think this is true, also.
