2. Add your design
3. Save it with the email owlfred@openstudy.com
4. Label it with your OpenStudy user name (for example "jigglypuff314 Design1"
5. Save.

The one I had made for fun, hmm I wonder if I could put the OS owl on it instead and on a blue shirt would be nice! this should be something fun I think everyone should participate in :).
