How would you assume whether a substance is an element or compound?
examples?
For example if you are doing an experiment in class and you are give substances in a bag and they ask you what do you think is in bag, is it an element or compound?
But since they are asking what you think is there a wrong or wrong answer?
I'm not sure on this to be honest.
