Does anyone know about "Aberration of starlight?"

OpenStudy (arindameducationusc):

@Robert136

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Aberration of starlight occurs when the observer is sustaining a motion to the direction of the star in question and the angle at which they observer sees the star appears slightly angled because of the dilation from the time at which the light was emitted from the star and during which time until arrival to earth the observer had made displacement towards the direction of star.
