I am well at writing English but weak at speaking. How I would be strong on speaking?

Well for that I suggest you to read a aloud lot of books, this will help you in the communication. Also there are ways such as looking into the mirror and speaking to yourself ( that may sound funny) but it will also help you to remove your stage fears. And also i suggest you to go to some SpokenEnglish classes..:)

READ BOOKS ALOUD. TAKE NOTES ON THE BOOKS AS YOU READ, AND PRACTISE HAVING CONVERSATIONS IN ENGLISH WITH FRIENDS :)
