Can you help me with these questions? Picture shows the questions but, I'll type them as well. 1a : find the length of AK and BK 1b : if AC= 7, then how long is BC? 2a : find the measure of angle AKB? 2b : what about angle ADB? 2c : what's the measure of angle ACB? 3a : find the arc length of arc AB? 3b : Find the area of sector AB?
I'm sr :( I forgot how to find this :(
Aw, It's ok. @Leong
useful information CK is the bisector cbk = cak arc AB = angle AKB given circle = 360 degrees Cbk = cak = 90 degrees tangent with radius arc length is proportional angle formed angle/360 = length/circumference circumference = 2*pi*radius area of sector to area of circle in same ratio as angle of sector area of sector = angle/360 * area of circle (pi*r^2)
Thank you. @triciaal
you are welcome
angle you are talking about above the 360 is central angle right? @triciaal
so it would be central angle/360 for both arc length and sector? @peachpi
Do use the give arc AB = 100 to find the central angle? @tricicaal
