I agree with @Elsa213. Make it clear on what Congrats on XX SS posts is considered spam or not. I got really irritated when I had to close mine because I've seen so many users with congrats on @ WHOEVER for 75SS and they didn't get caught, yet when I opened mine, I got busted. Lol. I lost all respect for OS now.

They can see a more rebellious UsukiDoll now. IT IS SO ON!
