An example can be the ocean/sea since no one owns this type of property fishermen can fish as much as they want and wherever, people can also dump whatever they want into or near the ocean and this can cause harm to the sea life and creatures. Also with ownership individuals have the right to trade, sell and rent whenever and to whomever they want without interference or restrictions from their government or others. With these two factors nations can succeed.
