Update: i came up with: Design and Development of Torrefied Sawdust and Woodchips Grinding Machine for the Production of Biocoal Pellets for Coal Replacement? 

main idea: to build a plant that produce torrefied wood pellets which it includes the processes of torrefaction, grinding, and pelletizing sawdust and wood chips? 
can anyone help me to rephrase or make a better title? please? :D thanks!

I feel like it's a bit long, try to cut it down to something like: Production of Biocoal Pellets using Torrefied Sawdust and Woodchips Grinder. (I also think adding the word "for" two times kind of strays me away.. But it's not like engineering papers ever have a short name so.. It's entirely up to you. :)
