I believe a good addition to the website would be a way to follow/unfollow (subscribe/unsubscrbe) to questions.

To me and I assume many others its annoying to receive a bunch of notifications because several people are posting on a question that you have been tagged on. Whether or not you have helped on it or were part of a group tag. Example you help on a question and receive a metal for helping and someone jumps on and two people start having a full on conversation for over an hour and your notification on the website keeps going off as well as your email. An option to unsubscribe would be useful.
