3.75% is correct. The way I calculated it is by subtracting the difference between the two values, the dividing 0.6 by 16 (0.6/16) and calculating 0.0375, which you move the decimal two spots to the left.

I suggest Kahn Academy, the videos are long and can be boring but he goes step by step and makes it understandable and easy to learn
