I don't know what do with that small 3 on top of the square root

without the little 3 above the square root, the answer would be 4 units to the right and 3 units up, but idk how or if the little 3 above the square root changes that. I missed the intro to that yesterday in class.

These problems are done backwards, in a way. Your answer is correct, but the thing to remember is that little 3 is like the starting point from where the other numbers move, such as where the "-4" moves four units to the right.
