put your pencil on 3.5 (have to figure out where that is on the x-axis)
go up until you reach the "curve"
then go left until you reach the y-axis.
(you should be at about y=0.80)
that means that 80% of the gpas are between 0 and 3.5
and only 20% are above 3.5
