In my opinion yes because a bb gun and a pellet gun is just a little version of a gun that doesn't do as much damage. And some kids that I've seen messing with a bb gun and a Pellet gun they try to kill things like animals

A kid doesn't know the dangers, he just thinks it's plain fun. When he grows up is the problem, his mind will say it's ok.
