To buy owlbucks just click the owl in the dollar at the top right of your screen and click " Buy Owlbucks" Then choose the amount you want and go from there :D

You can buy them. Or you can reach 80+ss and become a qualified helper. When people will ask QH questions you will go and help and get owlbucks. Also you can participate in raffles.
