As one moves further from the center fo the circle, what happens to the interpretation

I believe that moving away from the center of the circle would help someone find details that would change the perspective of the viewer. They would have deeper thoughts and feelings of what could possibly be. The interpretation could shift many which ways depending on how creative that person can be to determine the meaning of ---- whatever it is, topic, statement, etc.
