OpenStudy (ashleey98):

Please help!! (I'll give a medal) Lee missed the lesson on normal distribution and needs to do his homework. Explain to Lee how to use the mean and standard deviation of a normal distribution to determine the top 6% of the population.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

z = (x - μ)/σ We would use this equation and solve for x, where as μ is the mean and σ is standard deviation. This equation is used to find the z-score

OpenStudy (ashleey98):

Is that how I would answer the question..? I'm just so confused and I'm stuck on the last 3 questions and then I'll be done with my course
