Can there be a new subject called "fun" to ask questions about stuff you can't really ask in any other subjects- like cooking or baking?

It may seem to be a good idea to make a group that is come under miscellaneous but the sad part of it is that people may use that group for unnecessary random 'Fun' like playing, dating, etc and it will make a bad impact on a website where people come to learn and help on specific subjects, like maths or chemistry. I would suggest you to post such doubts in the chat box below. Thank you!
