Help with Functions? Will fan and medal!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which function has the greatest max y-value?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

What is the highest value the graphed function obtains?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\pi?\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm sorry this looks like a foreign language to me, I can't help :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Calix, same here, yet it's the graph that completely confuses me... x-x

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

we want the y value, not x value

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

what is the y value that goes with \(x=\pi\)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is it (0,3)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zzr0ck3r

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

we just want the \(y\) value. The highest y value on the graph is 3 in the table, the y values are all negative the symbolic function one has 3 as its highest y value. SO 3 is the answer the first and last function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah, I see. So f(x) and h(x)... Thanks!
