I understand what a frequency table and histogram are, but can I make them right on the worksheet I am working on (Microsoft word) or do I need to do it on excel?

Also confused on how to describe the general shape of the distribution?

if know then you can make in Microsoft words...
you just have to describe what you understand after looking at you histogram....
