I'm guessing there was a file you listened to and since I don't have it I can't really help you. :P A triad is a three note chord, 2/4 time has two beats in 4 measures and 3/4 is three beats in 4 measures, a crescendo is when the piece gradually gets louder a decrescendo is the opposite. The tempo is the speed so which one is faster or slower?

Actually @OnePieceFTW is wrong about 2/4 and 3/4. 2/4 is two beats per measure where the quarter note has the single beat . And 3/4 is essentially the same except 3 beats per measure.
