How do I prove?? Help please! 1) cscx/cotx = secx 2) tanx + cotx = secx•cscx

OpenStudy (irishboy123):

with the it's often easiest to re-write them in sines and cosines first and then see where you wanna go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For the second one, tanx+cotx = secx•cscx, I get to Sinx/cosx + cosx/sinx = 1/cosx • 1/sinx And it makes sense to combine the first part of the equation to 1 but that's not the right answer and I get stuck after that point
