1-pay for it
2-crack it

online compiler? is it the same at Matlab?

and haha @ikram002p so basically i pay for the program? lol
would i be able to learn without having the actual program? just by memorizing what needs to happen? Or is it necessary to learn from the program directly? I am taking a programming class that doesn't require matlab but is beneficial if i know matlab, so i want to learn it!

+ what MATLAB can do better than online compiler is that it can execute faster with less time.

do u need it for business math class ? in this case online compiler is fine.

hmmm well then uve better training on it, and in this case online compiler is enough just to make sure ur codes work but keep in ur mind to minimize variable as much as you could for u may have results as well =)

i found the tutorial videos on the Mathworks site helpful, and working through the examples in the text book Essential Matlab for Scientists and Engineers
