Alright, this problem is set up like this:
For every 10 white cars sold, there is 30 other cars sold in total.
1/5th of these extra cars are blue.
10 white + 30 other = 40 total.
How many times can 40 go into 120?
It can go in 3 times
This leaves us with 30 white cars sold, and 90 other cars sold.
90/5 = ?
