Which one is greater. I already know the answer I need to know how any why.

A. Average (arithmetic mean) of integers from -50 to -1 inclusive.

B. Average (arithmetic mean) of integers from -50 to 0 inclusive.

What is average?

inclusive means the first and the last term.
meaning \(\sf \frac{-50 + -1 }{2}\) and same for second.
