ok, well. The constitution has defeated all of its previous versions as well as rivaled and bested all the current alternatives. this is probably because it has such a wide and general stance it what it protects and defines that in nearly any case imaginable there is a passage of the constitution that has something to do with what ever the issue may be, and even if something is not completely clear in the constitution, it appoints members of the government to oversee the amendments necessary to bring the constitution up to terms with the issue and where the proper and most equal and just stance possible is. It also keeps a section of permanent, unchangeable rights and regulations that are in there most simple and just form. It is still strong and applicable today in current issues because it is self sustaining and self adaptive in all of its jurisdiction.
