mRNA conveys genetic information from DNA to the ribosome.
rRNA is the constituent of ribosome.
tRNA is there to translate the message given by mRNA to rRNA

So if there is no tRNA to translate the message given by mRNA to rRNA the protein synthesis would not occur. So I will go with the second answer.
