Well, let me show you the extremes:

Someone cheats on a test, admits it, gets help, and it is old. This will probably just get deleted and a warning to add something to their history. It is not like we can stop them at that point...

Someone posts porn pics, which has happened, and it is old. They will be banned and it will be deleted. Porn is one of the auto ban things in Moderator Manual.

Well, we don't aee them all and generally don't have time for backlogged ones. But as an ambi, you have other ways to reach us.
