There are (7^13)^3 ⋅ 70 strawberries in a field. What is the total number of strawberries in the field? 1 7^16 7^17 7^39

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

is that a 70? or a \(7^0?\)

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

(x^m)^n = x^ (m*n) --- there is your rule

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I think that is supposed to be 7^0...because any number raised to the zero power = 1. If it was 70, none of the answer choices would be correct
