I need help with verbal algebra equations. I'm not exactly sure what they are called, but I'm improvising. (EQUATION) Seven less than a number t equals another number r plus 6. Solve for 6.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[t-7=r+6\] was my answer. Can anyone tell me if this is correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That wasnt my answer, but my depiction of the equation in numbers and variables.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep good job and yeah i was going to say now solve for six but you answered that:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, thanks so much!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np, i love figuring those out actually

Can also have some help with this one? Nine tenths of a number g is the same as seven plus two thirds of another number k.
