How many nanoseconds does it take light to travel 3.50 ft. in vacuum?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I've converted meters to feet and ended up with 9.836 X 10^8 ft/s. Stuck here :/

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

distance = speed*time 3.50 feet = (9.836 X 10^8 ft/s)*time solve for time and convert seconds to nanoseconds

Thanks much :)
