FAN AND MEDAL! Find Mean and MAD of- 21,23,27,24,19,26,24,17,24,25 and 23,25,29,26,21,28,26,19,26,27. Then express the difference of the means as a multiple of the greater MAD. Round to nearest hundredth.

found means and MAD... but what next?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Vocaloid

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Means are 23 and 25 ... MADs are 2.5 and 2.4

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

the question is a bit vague but... you have 2 data sets, so you should get 2 MADs and 2 means I would say: (greater mean-smaller mean)/(greater MAD)

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

then round to the nearest hundreth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 25 - 23 / 2.5 = Rounded to hundredth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but @Vocaloid the answer when you divide is 0.8, you dont even have to round... so do i just keep it 0.8

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

0.80 I guess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alrighty
