A sphere of radius 20 cm has a volumetric distribution -10nC / m3. It is placed inside a spherical shell conductor of 25 cm inner radius and outer radius of 30 cm and having a charge of 1 nC. Calculate the electric field in different points.

My problem is more with the conceptual idea. I know that if the spherical is a conductor, there is no inner electrical field. But what about the sphere? (at cm=10)
