You have gotten lots of bad information here.

1) the bump button will put your question at the top of the queue so that people looking at the list should see it first.

2) You do not get better help if you pay, you just get direct help from someone trusted, this could be good or bad. I have seen it go both ways...

3) some people lie to get medals, careful of that.
