let's do the first equation f(x)=3*(4)^x for x=0, 1, 2 when x is 0 you have 3* 4^0 4^0 is 1 (anything to the zero power is 1) so we have 3*1 = 3 and one point is (0,3) can you find the "y value" when x is 1 ?

they want you to plot at least 3 points, so you have to find 3 points for each equation but assuming you show that work, it sounds ok to use a computer to plot the graphs. I use Geogebra (free download... but it takes a while) I know there are plotting tools on the web.
