Stage 2 of HIV is called the Clinical Latency Stage meaning people don't usually show symptoms but if they do, they are mild symptoms. With this in mind i would assume it would be C. Because in stage 1 people show these symptoms : Fever (this is the most common symptom), Swollen glands, Sore throat, Rash, Fatigue, Muscle and joint aches and pains and Headache. and in Stage 3 people show these symptoms: Rapid weight loss, Recurring fever or profuse night sweats, Extreme and unexplained tiredness, Prolonged swelling of the lymph glands in the armpits, groin, or neck, Diarrhea that lasts for more than a week, Sores of the mouth, anus, or genitals, Pneumonia, Red, brown, pink, or purplish blotches on or under the skin or inside the mouth, nose, or eyelids and Memory loss, depression, and other neurologic disorders. From this we can assume that A and B are out because diarrhea is mostly in stage 3, and fever and pain is usually in stage 1 . Sorry if this doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
