Whats your question?

under muhammad ture the songhai empire stretched a thousand miles along the ?

The answer would be the Niger River. Although the empire touched the west coast of Africa, it did so only in a small way. And because of that, you can rule out anything related to the east coast of Africa in the answer. As for the Congo, it's much further south in Africa than the Songhai Empire if you compare the two on a map, so that rules that answer out as well leaving the Niger as the only answer that makes sense.
