the first number after the decimal point is the tenths. The next number id the hundredths Check the value in the hundredths position - if its 5 or greater add 1 to the tenth . If not leave the tenth as it is. This is rounding to the nearest tenth.
An example would be 26.27 - because the second position after the decimal point is 7 add 1 to the tenths The answer is 26.3.
