Question

I have 2 problems....

First, when I usually look in my friends list for the users online, some are online when when you click their name, it says "offline" so it shows up online but there really offline. Even on the list on the right under the subjects. Some say online but there really offline. Why does it do that.

And secondly, When I'm getting ready to reply to a message. I'd usually click the reply button but it's directed to the delete button so I'd have to move the cursor over a little to the end of the reply icon without clicking it having the delete messaging having to show up.
