How can you determine whether a relation is a function?

Nnesha (nnesha):

if x values repeats then relation isn't a function

Nnesha (nnesha):

for graph draw a vertical line if the graph of the equation intersect the vertical line at `two` points then relation isn't a function

Nnesha (nnesha):

\[\rm (\color{ReD}{2},3)(4,5)(\color{ReD}{2},4)(9,3)\] example ^^ not a function x values r repeated which is 2

Nnesha (nnesha):

(x,y) first number represent x-coordinate 2nd one is y-coordinate (we don't care abt y-coordinate it's okay if y values are repeating in the relation )
