The difference between what they spent each day is 6.
To find in how many days the money was spent in, you do 120/6.
This is b/c each day the difference is 6, and the total difference in the days is 120.
The money was spent over 20 days since 120/6=20.
Now, you can just multiply 20 days by how much they spent each day to fine the answer :)
