Write the equation of a line with a slope of 3 and a y-intercept of 1. y = x + 3 y = 3x + 1 3x + y = 1 x + 3y = 1 which one?

Mehek (mehek14):

\(y=mx+b\) m = slope b = y-intercept so the slope in your equation is 3 so put 3 for m \(y=3x+b\)

Mehek (mehek14):

y-intercept = 1 so put 1 instead of b \(y=3x+1\)
