Which ordered pair does not satisfy the system? y <-2x + 9 and y > 3/4 x - 2 (2, 3) (3, -2) (-1, 4) (-1, -1) please do for me.

you have to replace those pair of numbers in your inequality to see if the satisfy the system
for example: 3x<4y , I want to see if the pair (2,1) satisfy this inequality so i will replace x=2 and Y=1 then: 3*2<4 6<4 and its false because four is not bigger, so this pair dont satisfy the system.
Just remember, for it to be a solution, your points have to satisfy both inequalities...not just one.
