so you might wish to start out with:

or

\(\large \{ x \in \mathcal{Z} : \ x\gt -1 \) and \( \ x\le 1 \ \}\)

or

\(\large \{ x \in \mathcal{R} : \ x\gt -1 \) and \( \ x\le 1 \ \}\)

or

\(\large \{ x \in \mathcal{C} : \ x\gt -1 \) and \( \ x\le 1 \ \}\)
