I am writing a book about life and time. which is a good title?

Inside the box sounds good but you should add to it something related to time , like "inside the box along the history" or "inside box of memories". Anothers good titles: "Memories of past", "remembering the history", "seeing backwards". And good look with your book.

Agreeing with Emma, Inside the Box is a good title. Based on what you said about the books being about time and life, maybe you would like, "Yesterday" or "Quality Time"

remembering time is a good title because people dont really think daily about the concept of time. so reading your book will have us remember time. also "remember time" is good because your remembering the times of your (or others) life.
