I have a english paper due today and i already have the idea and paragraph for it, however im not sure how to format it, it needs to be in a resume format. The essay question is: Imagine you are on a local commission appointed to study the lack of proper recreation facilities for youth in your neighborhood.

Decide what facilities should be recommended.

Write an appropriate resolution to be presented to your county government. Remember to give the reasons for your recommendation.

I'm not sure what "resume format" means in this context, since resumes are used for job applications. What you should include in your essay is: What is the problem? Why is it a problem? Who caused the problem? Who can solve the problem? How can the problem be solved? Is there another way to solve it? Which solution is better? Why is it better? And so on and so on. Pretend you are some angry person at the board meeting throwing questions at the commission. Answer them!
