@swaugh Quantity just means parenthesis. Remember the order of operations I gave you in the previous question? Just do that. There are no exponents.

PEMDAS -- parenthesis,exponents,multiply/divide, add/subtract 4(32 - 2) + 12/4 * 3 do parenthesis first 4(30) + 12/4 * 3 now do all multiply/divide from left to right ... then do all add/subtract from left to right 120 + 3 * 3 120 + 9 129 any questions ?
