class sizes for rectum and colon cancer rate:
39.5 to less than 41
41 to less than 43.5
43.5 to less than 45
45 to less than 46.5
46.5 to less than 48
48 to less than 49.5

a. Prepare a frequency distribution table for colon and rectum cancer rates for women using six classes of equal width.

I'm not very confident in answering these yet. My biggest trouble spot is finding the relative frequency using the following chart.. Please help ans explain the step by step process.
