Last year, Rebecca contributed $95 per month toward her 401(k) account. If her employer matched 19% of her contributions, what was the total amount contributed to the 401(k) at the end of the year?

So the first thing that you need to do is figure out how much Rebecca put towards her 401k in one year. That's , 95*12
Once you figure that out (we'll call it x for this explanation), you need to figure out what 19% of that number is. To do that, convert 19% to a decimal. It would be 0.19. Then multiply 0.19 to your x value.
Then add that number (we'll call it y) to your x value, and that is the total amount contributed to her 401k
